The latest
work is gouache on paper, filled with speedy mind changes. The imagery is a
combination of ideas from Indian miniatures, Surrealism, my sketchbooks,
textiles and photographs. I enjoy the flat color of gouache. I like getting
up close to the paint and watching it cover the surface. And I enjoy the hunt
for ideas and images. I've produced 20 of the latest miniatures and have
started on another series. Also
